Co-Founder & CEO Jignesh Prajapti

Jignesh Prajapati

Founder & CEO

Mr. Jignesh Prajapati brings more than 20 years of experience in financial technologies strategy, vendor package implementations and business development. He founded ConvergeSol in 2010 with the focus on providing exceptional business and offshore IT consultancy to the Asset & Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Hedge Fund industry. Jignesh is well regarded within this space having successfully managed strategic and implementation teams at various Fortune 100 Firms and Large Hedge Funds. He has been frequent contributor to industry magazines, his article on centralized data management has been published in Inside Reference Data.

Prior to founding ConvergeSol, Mr. Prajapati was a partner at EMC Consulting firm running their Hedge Fund and Order Management Practice while leading many Asset and Wealth management initiatives for their clients. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University with major in Finance and Business Strategy, and a MS in Computer Science from Marist College.
